Kent Hall

Since 2003 the University has focused on transforming the delivery of services to students in key departments including Housing and Dining, Health Services, Student Financial Services and the Office of the Registrar by renovating physical environments, developing better communications tools—including an electronic knowledge base of common procedures and services—streamlining business processes to reduce wait-times and putting more transactions online.
